Why the Qkids Parent App?

The Qkids Parent app is a parental tool helps you to manage your child’s lesson bookings, check learning progress, review study reports, check your lesson records as well as the balance lesson credits under your subscription with Qkids.

About Subscription
I have subscribed a lesson package. Is the subscription refundable?

What’s validity of the lesson package?

A lesson package is valid from 30 to 360 days, subject to the package you’ve subscribed.

About Lesson Packages
How do I know which lesson level to take for my child?

Currently Qkids only offers Qkids Phonics Program in North Americas. The Phonics Program entails two levels and each level includes 30 lessons. Two free trial lessons will be provided to new users. Upon completion of the trial lessons, an appprioate level will be recommended for the student. If you wants to switch the level, please email us at Qkidscourse@qkids.com, or search Facebook @qkidscourse.

How can I take a lesson? I only see the lesson schedule on this parent App.

You will need to download and install the QkidsStudent App for students from the Qkids website(https://qkids.com/us/download/) to your device.

How do I book a lesson schedule?

Once you subscribe, Qkids open the available lesson schedules for you to choose. Once you choose a lesson schedule, the system will book the lessons for you on a weekly basis as per presetting. The same schedule will last throughout the full term of the lesson package you subscribed. You may check your appointed lesson time slots in both the Parent and Student App.

Can I cancel a particular lesson time slot?

No. However, you may reschedule the lesson. When you reschedule that lesson, your child may not be arranged with the same class.

What happens if I miss a lesson?

You will still be charged a lesson credit. However, you may reschedule the lesson one hour before the class starts.

How many times can I reschedule a lesson?

It depends on which lesson package you choose. Basically, for every 10 lesson credits you have, you will be allowed to reschedule a lesson ONCE. For instance, if you purchase a 30-lesson package, you will have THREE chances to reschedule the lessons.

How do I reschedule a lesson?

You need to reschedule the lesson at least ONE hour before the lesson starts. You CANNOT reschedule a lesson after the lesson finishes. For rescheduling, please email us at Qkidscourse@qkids.com, or search Facebook @qkidscourse.

Are the lesson all live?

Yes. All the classes are online live, real time.
